Previews never stop working when you pass your allowance — they carry on at the rate above, and we email you the moment you cross it. Larger groups and unusual setups are quoted individually; talk to us.

Starter and Pro are for shops that cut and install; Distributor is for yards selling slabs to them. How it works for each.

Common questions

What happens over the render limit?

Nothing stops. Previews carry on at $0.50 each and we email you the moment you pass your allowance, with what the next plan up would cost you at that volume. You also set your own ceiling — a hard stop for the month, so a bad week can't produce a surprise bill.

Does every preview count against the allowance?

Only new ones. A customer flipping back to a stone they've already seen is served the preview that was already made, and it doesn't count again — so browsing the cart, or reopening a saved quote a week later, costs you nothing.

Can I change plan, switch to yearly, or cancel later?

Yes. Moving between plans and between monthly and yearly billing happens right in your console, and takes effect immediately. Your payment method, invoice history and cancellation open Stripe's own portal from the same screen. Nothing needs an email to us.

Can I run it in my showroom?

On Pro and Distributor, yes. A customer photographs their kitchen, then photographs any slab on your rack — it does not have to be in your catalogue — and sees that stone in their own kitchen while they are standing in front of it. It runs on a tablet in the aisle, and on a QR code they scan to carry on with it on their own phone. No prices and no measurements: the picture, and their contact details. Starter is the website estimator on its own.

How is Distributor priced across locations?

Per warehouse. Each location is its own rack, its own inventory and its own set of partner fabricators, so each is priced as one. Multi-site groups are usually quoted together — talk to us.
